LEAGUE
Calib Mourish enjoyed his 50th game yesterday under clear
conditions as the Bulldogs tightened their grip on the 2009
premiership. Their brand of football in the first half was
second to none, tackling ferocity, clearances & marking,
to name a few.
Under the guidance of their Captain Dale Baynes, the Bulldogs
once again showed where they should be, in the 2009 Grand
Final. Contributing factors to this is their professionalism,
tenacity, discipline & mate ship.
Leanne and her support staff have done a great job in helping
keep the players up and running all season.
As the league squad now prepare for their 13th Grand Final,
9 players will be looking for that extra notch on their footy
boot lace upon receipt of that flag. They are the only players
in the team who have been part of the last 4 consecutive Grand
Finals.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE PLAYERS, COACHES & SUPPORT STAFF.
