LEAGUE
In the first half of the league game Towns were not
mentally switched on, allowing Railways to dominate most
of the play. They were wasteful in attack, as the scoreboard
would show.
Even though the Bulldogs were trailing by 4 points
at the end of the 3rd quarter, they gave enough to put
themselves into a strong position for the final showdown.
Their diligence paid off and got them over the
line at the final siren.
Player of the Match, TFC's Stuart Gaby received the
BELT UP match ball. ....................................................................................................................................................................... RESERVES Our
Rezzies boys have taken it upon themselves to let other
clubs know they are here to play footy.
A 29 point deficit on the scoreboard is not something
to sneer at. They went out hard in the first half, only
to peter out towards the beginning of the 4th quarter.
Step by step they are showing signs of improvement. ......................................................................................................................................................................
The
transition from junior to senior level has left our Colts
a bit bewildered. Yesterdays game will give them something
to reflect back on.
With a lot of support, encouragement & training they
will prove they are worthy opponents to the other sides.
