Each week Towns recognize a valuable member of our club.. This weeks acknowledgment goes to the hard working, quiet as a mouse, never say no volly in Gaye Chapman. For many years this lady has put her time and effort into TFC. Gaye runs the canteen on game days- junior & senior. After the game Gaye is behind the scenes cooking up snacks etc for the players & supporters. Bingo, washing jumpers & lots of other things are what Gaye does & has done through the years.. Thanx Mrs Chappy. |

BIDDY'S 150th
Help celebrate Shayne Bidwell's 150th game this SATURDAY up at the Rec vs Railways. Shayne has been a big part of our successful league squad for quite a few years. He has numerous goals under his belt and his flair on the field is second to none. Well done Biddy. |

| CONSCIENTIOUS VOLLIES As we all know, volunteers make up a very big part of our club.. This week we have recognized Joe Librizzi for his dedication to this great club. Joe has been for many years, a great supporter of Towns. Bingo, President,support staff, trainer to name a few are what he does best. Thank you Joe. !!! If you need someone in a hurry to do a job, Lee Bird is the lady that will endeavor to pull out all stops to get the job done- and done well. We seen that yesterday and we know our president Mr Clune was so grateful. Another example (letter attached) is our dear little Chloe Chapman for her long hours in the canteen with Nan Gaye, being her wing man. It does not surprise me the hard work Chloe puts in. She is after all, a Chapman. |

| In its 2nd year
now, the TFC Supporters Choice Award for the league has a new member
to the group in GERALDTON FREIGHTLINES. We are very happy to have
Mike & his team jump on board. Thanks guys. This group started
with someone (mmm) wanting to go an extra mile & have it as an
incentive award for the league players. The lucky recipient is chosen
for his 1% ers, dedication & just downright hard work on the field.
Our first year’s winner was Scotty McLeish, narrowly beating
3 other worthy team mates. LET ME SAY THAT WHILE THIS IS AN AWARD any player would love to win, IT DOES NOT & WILL NOT TAKE ANYTHING AWAY FROM THE AWARD THE PLAYERS AIM FOR & HOPE TO WIN EACH YEAR, THE PRESTIGIOUS VT CLUNE MEDAL. |

| Our Members Money Wheel will commence on the 15th May. This starts off at $50.00 & will jackpot $20.00 each week if not taken off. The member has to be financial to be in it & also in the clubrooms to receive their money if your number is called out.. It is $2.00 per ticket so just pop an extra gold coin in your wallet/purse each Friday night. There will be a bonus wheel during the season. | |
