
LEAGUE
In the first Q we saw a very flat Towns side, kicking only 1-5.
That was amended in the next term, quickening the pace &
keeping Mullewa at bay, adding 7 goals to their tally.
Mullewa were not going to be outdone and in the 3rd, they stepped
up, outscoring the Bulldogs.
Towns set sail for home in the 4th, taking the 4 premiership
points.
A couple of snapshot goals gave extra flair to the game.
Towns have kept to their trend with multiple goal scorers.
Keeping with tradition, the Gus Mourish Memorial Trophy was
accepted by the winning captain.
The individual medal went to Shaun Tunbridge - selected by the
umpires.

RESERVES
Accepting their 2nd win for the season, the Reserves were on
a high after a close game against the top of the ladder Mullewa.
The scores seesawed every term, making it a clash of the fittest.
This time you can say that Towns Reserves are up there with
fitness. Their talent was never questioned. Mixing these 2 ingredients
will make for an exciting last half of the season for these
Bulldogs. The ins of a couple League players added extra depth
to the side.

COLTS
Towns Colts ran on the field with the determination to win vs
Mullewa on Sunday.
Keeping Mullewa scoreless in the first Q, they were not going
to wait for the catch up.
Rory's boys kept the pressure on their opponents throughout
the game.
Manning up & confidence in your player was a key positive
for these young guns.
