BULLDOGS vs CLONTARF SCRATCH MATCH
 
On Saturday the Bulldogs took on the Clontarf boys for a pre season scratch match up at Secondary College.
 
Coach Dale Baynes took control of the game from the sideline as a few of the Clontarf boys are new recruits to Towns & that way he could assess the skills of the players.

Towns showed they are still the IT boys on the field.
Some players were out of their comfort zone by being thrown into different positions for the scratch match.

This proved a positive action from Coach Baynes and A/Coach Robbie Davison.
 
Clontarf Coach Justin Mallard's boys were fast & full of flair showing no intimidation by the Bulldogs.
 
The crowd of supporters were not disappointed on the day.
 
Bulldogs went away with a win...
